And it was through that journey inward​,​ through the tears​,​ the rage​,​ the reclamation that I remembered who I really am. Through a blend of energy reading - reiki​,​ intuitive therapy​,​ breathwork​,​ and gentle somatic practices​,​ I guide you inward helping you move through stuck emotions​,​ patterns​,​ and inner disconnect with compassion and presence.
